In the course of the recruitment process, our consultants perform the series of pre-screening and pre-selecting activities in order to provide you with the suitable candidates:

• Then we interview the group of potential candidates to make a preliminary overview of the candidates' skills, experience and the level of English.
• After that, we collect all the documents and check the candidates' references.
• The next step is to draw up a shortlist of the candidates suitable for your specific requirements and then send the applications to the potential employer who makes the final decision. The employer is welcome to meet the selected candidates in person on the premises of our head office in Kraków.
• Finally, we arrange the travel for any prospective employee to ensure his arrival on time In accordance with specific client demands we additionally conduct: health and criminal record checking, position skills test (based on prompts and materials supplied by the client).
